Entrance requirements

Preschool: settling-in session. Prep (Reception–Year 2): informal teacher-led assessments. Prep (Years 3–6): short assessments in Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning. Senior (Year 7, 11+): assessment day in December (Year 6 applicants) or Spring Term (Year 5 Early Doors applicants). Application deadline for Year 7 2026 entry was 31 October 2025.

Boarding & pastoral

Boarding type: Day

Dining: Two course lunches are provided, well-balanced and offering a wide choice of savoury items, fresh vegetables and fruit. Lunch fees are charged separately (VAT exempt): £295 per term for Senior School, £282 per term for Prep School.

Pastoral care: Every teacher knows all girls by name; the school has a Head of Wellbeing and a strong pastoral care system described by parents as "second-to-none". The school also has mental health first aiders and a Head of Learning Support.
