Entrance requirements

All students are required to complete entrance exams before a place can be offered. Applicants would normally have a meeting with the Headmaster or a member of the Senior Management Team, visit and tour of the school, and meet with the Registrar.

Boarding & pastoral

Boarding type: Full, Weekly, Flexi

Dining: Chefs create vibrant menus of classic and innovative dishes including authentic international cuisines, with seasonal produce from local suppliers. Catering for special diets including gluten-free and lactose-intolerant. Boarding pupils receive breakfast, evening meal and snacks included in fees. Lunch is compulsory for all pupils but charged separately. There is a main dining hall and school café, 1885.

Pastoral care: The school has a tutor system with each pupil assigned to a tutor group. The Medical Centre is staffed 24 hours a day. The school has a School Counsellor, School Listener, and Chaplain available for pastoral support. There is a drop-in counselling service on Mondays and Fridays. The school works closely with pupils and families to ensure every child feels valued, happy and secure.
