11+ entry: entrance exam (English and Mathematics papers), headteacher's report, and interviews for selected candidates. Sixth Form (16+): minimum Grade 7 in GCSE Maths and Grade 7 in GCSE English Language or Literature, GPA of 7.2 or higher, plus subject-specific requirements; interviews and headteacher's report required.

Dining: All boys in Year 7 are required to participate in the lunch system. Lunch is £4.75 per day, payable termly. Students in Year 8 to Year 11 can opt in or out of the catering system on a termly basis. A range of catering options are available for students in the Sixth Form.
