Entrance requirements

Selective school. Key points of entry at 11+ (Year 7), 13+ (Year 9) and 16+ (Sixth Form). Assessments held in the autumn term; offers made in December. 11+/13+ deferred: online ISEB test in English, maths, verbal and non-verbal reasoning, creative writing task and interview. 13+ & 14+: online Quest test in English, maths and science, and an interview. 16+: general critical thinking assessment, tests in two A Level subjects, and an interview. Sixth Form applicants expected to have taken a minimum of eight GCSEs/IGCSEs with an average of grade 5.5 across all subjects.
